"Resist with integrity, with love, with compassion, with joy, every day. Our resistance is the antidote to perdition: spiritually, politically, economically, physically. Persist, do not fear failure.
In her poem, Pay Attention, Karen S. Bonnell provides words of deep wisdom:
“The important failure would be to allow suffering
to eclipse the sun, to vanquish the smell of spring.”
Joyfully resist the dark forces of despotism daily."
I am on vacation visiting my wells of joy. I visit family, not destinations. The fact that my son lives in Colorado and my cousin lives in Arizona are decorations around the well. Life is too short to get bogged down in the mire of this administration. We need to fill up our love buckets whenever we can.
You choose your words crisply, as the poet that you are, B. "Obscene" is a good adjective for these times. Yet, as I read comments, the obscenity of the times have brought out much goodness from the hearts of many, refreshing pushback to Og and Magog . Have a great day. 😎
Og and Magog indeed. Yes, much, much goodness has also arisen in response to the tyranny and oppression. I'm proud of all who have demonstrated as much. You have a super day as well :)
I love that you number your posts, Manuel.
Thank you for these inspiring words.

We have to support the humans in our midst, Lorraine. Thanks for your support.

You appear to be sound of mind. Thank you, Judith.
I hope so. Sometimes I wonder.
Your writing exudes health. 😎
Been spending much needed times at that well in these obscene times. Thanks for the post and the reminder.

Thank you for reading my posts, Yvonne.
Thank you for your guidance during these difficult times. <3
Thank you, Lauri. We guide each other through these exchanges like blind mice looking for the tunnel exit.
Deep within us all
fresh wellspring of goodwill flows.
Choose to believe so?

How to tap wells’ wealth?
Lower will bucket, empty.
Wait. Raise it gently.
...
Tap love, wisdom well,
“antidote to perdition.”
Well-dressed well or not.
Your comments always deepen my thoughts. Thank you, Marisol.
May we all tap from deepest divine well :)
We must keep our love buckets full.
So important to remember our need to find some joy each day, to keep us from total despair.
