The United States of America is at risk of becoming a fascist state under the current POTUS’ regime.
Elected officials swear to safeguard the values that have guided this nation, though imperfectly, for over 200 years.
What can we learn from the politics show on this past April 29, when the nation witnessed a Democratic governor kowtow to the POTUS. How necessary were her actions?
Michigan’s Annual Gross Domestiac Product totals $707,000 million USD. The purported “economic impact” from the influx of funds into the Selfridge Air Base totals $850 million, or around 1/1000 of the state’s GDP.
What is integrity’s sales price? How low a moral threshold can we allow an elected official playing politics for self-promotion?
The United States of America has opposed tyrannical regimes since the days of King George III in 1776. It suffered staggering losses during the Civil War to preserve freedom. After the Civil War millions of Americans served in preserving freedom and human rights throughout the world. Hundreds of thousands of Americans perished in that effort and their families and the surviving wounded suffered greatly.
How do we justify the dishonor to the dead, the wounded, and their families when we see politicians hugging the convicted felon POTUS?
The POTUS embraced American secessionists and the insurrectionists that attacked the U S Capitol on January 6, 2021, to overturn the result of the legitimate election that he lost in November of 2020.
How does socializing with the current POTUS’ regime build trust in our legal system founded on law and order and the Constitution?
During the COVID 19 pandemic, there were over 1 million fatalities in this country, largely attributable to the current POTUS’ interference with federal health agencies trying to minimize the spread of the pandemic.
Are the politicians that we elect granted exemptions from decency and their duty to protect our life, our liberty, and our pursuit of happiness?
Millions of Americans oppose the POTUS and its sycophants. In fact, all honorable Americans are called to vigorously oppose the POTUS regime even if their politicians refuse to do so.
Which American political parties are willing to stand with the citizenry in opposing fascism?
#Courageiscontagious. #Resistance. #Compassion.

Oh Manuel, I assume you're referring to Gov Whitmer. I'm so heartbroken too. They tried to kidnap and kill her and she's extending the Olive Branch? WTAF!!
I really have no idea how Whitmer is doing in the "fight against fascism". I have heard her speak in the past and was quite impressed. But that's a snapshot. I was also impressed with Cory Booker and his filibuster. He was inspiring! And yet he voted to confirm Perdue for our man in China. Perdue is a bigot!
As a former Mainer, I am proud of Governor Mills. She said "I will see you in court" to the Dumpster. She did and she won. But I am sure there are a couple of issues I might disagree with her on.
I think we need less litmus tests and more unity.
The enemy is in "onslaught" mode.
As my cousin Ben said: "We must all hang together, or we shall all hang separately".
