From ICE to heart

We had some feisty days over the last couple of weeks. Our communities were invaded by winter weather as cold as ICE hearts.

But the weather is changing. It is getting as warm as the compassionate hearts of mainstream Americans. New sprouts of resistance can be seen, heard, tasted, felt, even smelled.

Certainly, the mouths of fascists continue to spew lies, hate, vileness, like filth gushing from sewer lines into cesspools.

But things are changing.

Courage builds in the hearts of resisters as energy-rich sap does in maple trees. Even SCOTUS and GOP supporters lift their heads from their burrows of denial of the lies and infamies from POTUS, like prairie dogs after a gully-washer in the plains.

What is changing? Increasingly, Americans are finding deep joy in their hearts as they push against the fascists and strive to build a kind and compassionate America.

Joy is leading the way across America as we witness the power of decent people committed to a compassion-based democratic government. They no longer believe the falsehoods of the POTUS regime. The high tide of freedom is returning to wash away oppression.

Joy, faith, compassion, are on the menu. Order generously— much work ahead.
