COMPASSION— the missing ingredient
Our hope is compassion
To me, to you, to our community, to our nation, to humanity; for the sake of women, children, minorities, refugees, the persecuted, the poor, the sick, the unemployed, the oppressed, that they may be unharmed. To the oppressors, that they may be saved from themselves.

Manuel, this agnostic found this letter to be artfully poignant. Beautifully done.
It is astounding to me that so many of the people who are applauding if not perpetuating horrors and crimes against their fellow travelers - not to mention the Constitution - are wearing crosses. What Jesus do THEY pray to?
The hypocrisy seems to know no bounds. The brazen disregard for compassion is despicable.
